Why it's different
The code holds your network name, password and security type in the WIFI: format that iPhone (iOS 11 and later) and Android cameras understand. Guests point the camera, tap Join, and they're online: no spelling out a long password at the counter.
Passwords with semicolons, commas, colons, quotes or backslashes break many generators. They're escaped correctly here, so “Cafe;Guest” and “p@ss:word,1” work. Choose WPA for WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 networks, WEP for very old routers, or None.
The code is made in your browser. The network name and password are never sent to FitMyKB or anyone else, unlike sites that create the code on their server.
The Wi-Fi card template adds “Scan for Wi-Fi” under the code. Print one per table, a sheet of stickers, or a card for each hotel room or office floor with the bulk tool.
