FitMyKB QR
The rules for using the QR studio, the codes you make, and QR Pro. Updated 18 October 2026.

You may use FitMyKB QR for personal and business codes. Downloading needs a free account, which is for one person or business; please keep your password to yourself.
You own the codes you make and are responsible for what they open. Don't make codes that lead to fraud, phishing, malware or anything unlawful, or that pretend to be another business's payment or website.
Codes are static: what they open is part of the pattern and can't be changed after printing. We can't switch a code off, and we can't edit one for you either. Point a code at a page you control if you expect changes.
QR Pro is bought for a number of months and doesn't renew by itself. Buying again adds the months on. Paid by PayPal or card, it starts when the payment goes through; paid by UPI, after we've checked the payment. Plans are final: no cancellation and no refunds (see the refunds and cancellation page).
Don't overload the service, get around plan limits, or use automated tools to make codes in bulk outside the bulk feature.
QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Names of apps and services that codes can open are their owners' trademarks; we use them only to describe what a code does.
We check every design scans, but printing, size, lighting and the phone matter too: test a printed code before you print many. The service is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version (18 October 2026). Questions? Use the contact page.
