QR Pro and Business are final once paid: no cancellation and no refunds. Updated 18 October 2026.
QR Pro and Business switch on as soon as the payment goes through and give you print files straight away. Because of that, a paid plan can't be cancelled and isn't refunded, in full or in part, whatever the number of months bought.
The free plan lets you design any code, check that it scans and download PNG or JPG files, so you can see the quality before you pay.
Each plan is paid once for the months you choose. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again, so there's no subscription to stop. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan after 7 days.
Every code you downloaded keeps working for ever, during and after the plan. Static codes can't be switched off.
Charged twice for the same plan, or charged and Pro didn't start? Send us the payment reference: we start the plan or return the extra payment the way you paid, within 5 to 7 working days.
